We have grown through both outsourcing contracts and acquisitions. The major acquisitions include One Point 2007, Conmaint 2008, IS-Pro and IS-Engineering 2008, Sahala Industrial Services 2008, Maskinservice I Degerfors 2008, Dusab Industri Service 2009 and ASI Polska 2011.
Non-core businesses, such as Installation in Varkaus, have been closed down or divested.
