| Maintpartner to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance for Fortum in Czestochowa, Poland |

Maintpartner ASI Sp. z o.o. has entered into a partnership agreement to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for Fortum Power and Heat Poland Sp. z o.o. Agreement concerns the power plants Dejtana and Brzeźnicka, in Czestochowa. The agreement will enter into force on 1st of December 2011. Maintpartner's offering covers operation of power plants, production facility and power plant maintenance services as well as fuel intake services for CHP plant. A total of 28 employees will be transferred to Maintpartner. "The partnership with Maintpartner is an important milestone for us. With this contract we continue on our path of concentrating our operations on CHP production and operations supporting CHP.
