Development on point–customers increasingly feel that our service level has risen

According to our annual customer survey, a quarter of our customers see our service level rising from the previous year. The survey was conducted in January and received 250 responses from Finland, Sweden and Poland. Over a fifth of respondents also anticipates increased cooperation in the future.

Last year, we have invested for example in new digital technologies to improve maintenance and better management of projects and contracts. This year, we focus on the development of our people’s technical skills and the quality of maintenance at plants. We encourage our employees who work in the daily operation and maintenance of the plants to boldly make proposals for development, and we also reward them. We encourage our staff to develop their own operations based on the results of both customer and employee satisfaction surveys, but also to take pride in the jobs well done.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey prizes were drawn in February and delivered to winners, all of which were located in Finland this year.
