Johan Westermarck appointed President of Maintpartner, Finland


Johan Westermarck has been nominated as President, Maintpartner, Finland from 1.10.2010.

To clarify Maintpartner's legal structure the Maintpartner Group Company was established 1.7.2010. Tuomo Rönkkö continues as the President and CEO, and Tero Jussila as the CFO. Harri Hassel is responsible of group M&A function.

Maintpartner to take over VAASAN Group maintenance in Finland


Maintpartner Group and VAASAN Group have signed an extensive maintenance agreement regarding VAASAN Group's production facilities in Kotka and Joutseno as well as 12 bakeries in Finland. As part of the agreement, VAASAN's maintenance business will be transferred to Maintpartner Oy. VAASAN's maintenance personnel will transfer to Maintpartner Oy's payroll as existing employees. Maintpartner wins Fortum power plant maintenance and operation agreement in Nokia


Maintpartner and Fortum have signed a full-scope operation and maintenance agreement targeting Fortum's combined heat and power plant located in Nokia, Finland. The plant's 16 employees will transfer to Maintpartner's payroll on June 1, 2010. Fortum acquired the Nokia power plant in January 2010.

Tommi Kajasoja appointed Country Manager, Sweden


Tommi Kajasoja has been appointed Country Manager of Maintpartner Sweden and the Managing Director of Maintpartner Ab as of April 12, 2010. Johan Westermarck has been appointed to Tommi's current position of Vice President, Region West/North Finland and the chemical industry business unit, also effective April 12, 2010.
